Terms of Service

Effective from November 2, 2026.

1. Who we are

The Lovio service (the "Service") is provided by FOP Oliinyk Ivan Ihorovych, Ukraine ("we", "us"). For any questions, email [email protected].

2. Accepting these terms

By signing up for or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Age and availability

• The Service is only for people aged 18 or over.
• The Service is not available in countries where our AI providers' terms do not allow it, or in sanctioned jurisdictions. The list of countries may change. You must not circumvent these restrictions (for example, with a VPN).

4. How the Service works

• You choose an occasion, style, vocal and language and tell us about the person the song is for. The lyrics are written by an AI model from Anthropic; the music and vocals are generated by Google's Lyria model.
• Results are generated automatically. They may contain inaccuracies, and pronunciation in languages marked "beta" may be imperfect. We do not guarantee that a result will match your expectations.
• Every track carries an invisible SynthID digital watermark that marks it as AI-generated. Do not try to remove or forge the watermark, and do not present a song as performed by a real person.

5. Your account

• Use a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• The free song after email confirmation is available once per person. Creating multiple accounts to get free credits is prohibited.

6. Credits and payments

• 1 credit = 1 song (music generated for approved lyrics) or 1 new music version for the same lyrics.
• Credits do not expire, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other users.
• Payments and subscriptions are processed by the Whop payment platform. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, that period is not refunded, and the credits you received remain yours.
• We may change prices. A new subscription price applies from the next billing period, and we will notify you in advance.

7. Waiver of the right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)

Songs and credits are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Before paying, you expressly agree that we start performing the contract immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. See the Refund Policy for details.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use the Service to:

• create illegal content, or content containing hate, harassment, threats, incitement to violence or sexual content;
• create any sexual content involving minors;
• impersonate another person, imitate the voice or style of a specific real artist, or use other people's lyrics or song titles;
• share information about other people that you have no right to share, or sensitive data (about health, religion, political views, etc.);
• circumvent limits, use automated access, resell access to the Service or attempt to obtain its source code.

We may refuse a generation, remove content, or restrict or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Credits in an account suspended for a violation are not compensated.

9. Content rights

• Your materials. The facts, photos and videos you upload remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the Service to you.
• Results. To the extent we hold rights in the generated lyrics, songs and videos, we transfer them to you. You may use them for personal purposes: give them as gifts, send them and post them on social media. For commercial use, please contact us.
• AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright, and other users may receive similar results.
• If you turn on a public link to a song, anyone with the link can listen to it. You can turn the link off at any time.

10. Third-party services

The Service runs on infrastructure and models from third-party companies (see the Privacy Policy). Payments are processed by Whop under its own terms.

11. Liability

• The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable but do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
• These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time. We will delete your data within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is deleted.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance by email or in the Service and ask you to accept the new version.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
