Refund Policy

Effective from November 4, 2026.

1. Why we don't offer refunds

Songs and credits are digital content that becomes available immediately after payment. For this reason, we do not refund purchased packs or paid subscription periods.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, UK)

Before paying, you expressly agree that we start performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun. Payment is not possible without this acknowledgement.

3. Cancelling a subscription

• You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
• After you cancel, you won't be charged again. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
• The paid period is not refunded; the credits you received stay on your balance and never expire.

4. If a generation fails

If a song could not be created because of a technical error on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

5. Bank disputes (chargebacks)

Please contact us first — it's faster. If you open a dispute with your bank, the credits from the disputed payment are deducted from your balance, and your account may be restricted until the dispute is resolved.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
